It was such a yucky week here last week that we barely left the house. We stayed in pajamas as much as possible and stayed inside out of the rain. Everyone was a little stir crazy by the end of the week so we had to make up for lost time over the weekend with a packed schedule of activities. First was the pumpkin patch, then home to watch the UT game. It was also free Bank of America weekend at the Children's museum, so of course we couldn't pass that up on Sunday afternoon. The girls had so much fun doing everything and got worn out!
Lazy Week, Busy Weekend
Savannah 10 months old
Savannah continues to be a ham and love lots of attention. She likes to look around the room and make sure everyone is looking at her and will then bust out with a little laugh like- I know...I'm so cute. She is still cruising around and pulling up on everything. Her favorite climbing spot now is to play under the high chairs and stand up and walk around them. She is making a few more noises now, but still mostly squeals or whining. She has learned to wave bye-bye and has a really sweet wave. She still loves her big sister and wants to be doing whatever she is doing.
Savannah still only has two teeth! Here is a picture of Skylar at 10 months. She had 5 teeth and two popping through on the bottom. Savannah hates it when she sees me give Skylar something that she can't have, but I'm scared to give her too much table food with only two teeth to chew with. She loves puffs and yogurt melts and I am sure will be very happy when she can eat some real food.
Meredith's Bachelorette Party...
Tyler kept the girls all weekend by himself so that I could go to Nashville for Meredith's bachelorette party. It was such a fun weekend and Tyler actually had a great time at home with the girls too.
We rented a pontoon boat for the day and then went out in a stretch hummer limo to the honky tonks that night. Not my typical Saturday for sure! Amanda and Dianne had made everyone matching shirts with Mer's picture that said "Meredith's Last Night Out".
We are very excited for Meredith and Kyle!
