My how things have changed since our first trip!!
Tyler and I started going to the Outer Banks after we moved to Greenville. We took a few trips with grad school friends, and spent each anniversary there while we lived in NC. It wasn't until baby Skylar came along that it became our "family" trip. We have kept going every year since then and our family has gotten bigger and bigger!
Our first family trip when Skylar was 3 months old...

First babies of the family get to:
Go off-roading on the beach,
lounge by the pool bar,
go sight-seeing,
stay up past bedtime for sunset walks on the beach,
and finally, get everyone's undivided attention!
That didn't last long! Year 2 we added sweet baby Ben!
Ben was 2 1/2 months old and Sky was almost 16 months old..
& I was 7 months pregnant with Savannah!...
Year 3 we added baby Savannah, who was 8 months old by beach trip time...
We were crazy!??
I look very rested ;)

Skylar 6, Ben just turned 5, Savannah 4, and Will 1...
