Skylar was really excited about her field day and was so happy that Daddy and Savannah got to come too! Savannah loved being at big school and was so excited to get to participate with Sky's class. It was a beautiful, warm day and was perfect for field day!
Most of the students were checking out early after field day, so we decided to take the afternoon and head downtown to see the new Bass Pro Shop! It was really cool! We walked around and looked at the aquarium and took the glass elevator (MUCH to Savannah's dissaproval!!) to the top of the pyramid. We had a great view from the top and Savannah ended up deciding she was glad she went. :)
After Bass Pro, we went to Huey's for some cheeseburgers and some writing and the wall...and then to the Peabody to see the Ducks. They were all set up for a Rooftop party that night and the girls wanted to go bad and could not understand that we weren't invited lol. Skylar talked about the "rooftop party" for weeks- maybe one day Sky! :)

Love that big, beautiful smile!! What a fun day! And that girl can seriously rock a hot pink shirt lol I want to go to the rooftop party too!
